       深耕行业 品质卓越

       从皇家贵胄的御膳珍馐,到千家万户的滋补佳品,自创立的二十几载以来,燕之屋的每一步创新,都推动了燕窝行业格局的变化。2002年,燕之屋导入特许经营,开设燕窝专卖店,开创现炖燕窝“现点、现吃、现炖、现送”的经营模式,推动燕窝行业的独立发展,赋予行业更多可能。2011年,燕之屋获得国家工商行政管理总局“驰名商标”认定,标志着燕之屋的匠心技艺和严苛品质得到了国家权威认可。2012年,燕之屋再次创新,开创了旗下高端滋养品牌 “碗燕(ONE NEST)”,以天然、环保、优质、安全的燕窝原料打造优质单品,开启即食燕窝润养新时代,燕之屋碗燕燕窝,“打开就能吃的好燕窝”,0脂肪、0防腐剂、0增稠剂、O添加剂(指本产品生产过程中0%添加防腐剂山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠,0%添加增稠剂琼脂,以158g碗燕*尊享款为例。),东方滋养,尊享碗燕。

       2014年,燕之屋联合中国标准化研究院等单位,牵头起草并推出国内首个燕窝行业标准,中华人民共和国供销合作行业标准《燕窝质量等级》GH/T 1092-2014,结束了燕窝行业长期处于无标准的状态,这不仅是燕窝行业向标准化发展的开端,也是燕窝行业规范发展的里程碑。2018年,国家卫健委委托厦门海关技术中心牵头制定《食品安全国家标准 燕窝及其制品》,燕之屋作为行业翘楚受邀参与食品安全国家标准的制定。2024年,燕之屋牵头起草首个燕窝制品行业标准《燕窝制品》(QB/T 5916-2023)正式发布。推动燕窝行业的进步任重道远,燕之屋砥砺前行,为构建燕窝产业的美好蓝图添砖加瓦。

       燕之屋始终坚持用“一碗好燕窝,滋润天下人”的初心,为消费者带来安心健康的滋养选择,已然成为燕窝行业的“品质名片”。2021年12月,燕之屋入选新华社品牌工程,充分肯定了燕之屋作为燕窝行业头部企业对行业高质量发展发挥的带头作用,以“提品质、创品牌”的实际行动,推动行业整体高质量发展。

 

       专注科研 实力领航

       科技是国家强盛之基,创新是民族进步之魂。长久以来,燕之屋不仅在燕窝行业深耕扎根,专注产品品质,推动行业进步,同时也在科研上持续发力,自主建立了一个实力强劲的研发平台,聘任了中国科学院张玉奎院士和中国工程院朱蓓薇院士,引领整个研发团队,包括燕窝研究院、燕窝肽研究中心以及燕窝护肤品研究中心。2022年9月,燕之屋与北京大学医学部成立燕窝营养与健康协同创新联合实验室,深度融合医产学研资等创新力量,进一步推动燕窝行业的高质量发展。2024年12月,展开第二届燕窝营养与健康学术研讨会,围绕燕窝领域的最新科研成果展开深入交流,挖掘燕窝营养价值,推动燕窝与健康领域产学研的深度融合。

       燕之屋燕窝研究院占地5000㎡,拥有9大科研平台,集成9大科研创新功能体系,包括新品研发、新原料开发、燕窝加工新技术研究、智能制造装备研究、感官评价及分析、燕窝营养与健康研究、质量检测、风险评估、科学事务管理(包括标准化、知识产权、项目申报等)。拥有功能食品研发室、感官评价实验室、智能制造研究室、模拟人体消化功能实验室、分子与基因组学研究室、人体皮肤功能测试实验室、秀丽线虫、斑马鱼等生物模型研究实验室等跨领域、跨学科的特色功能研究区。截止至2025年4月10日,燕之屋拥有国内外授权有效专利196项专利,其中发明专利26项,实用新型专利69项,外观设计专利101项。研究院发表论文60篇,其中SCI论文19篇,专著2部。经知名咨询机构弗若斯特沙利文有限公司认证,截至2023年12月,燕之屋在全球燕窝行业专利总数量第一、自主发明专利数量第一。燕之屋始终坚持品质与创新并重,科研与实践并行,多年来研发团队荣获多项认证称号,科研实力广受社会认可。2015年,燕之屋技术中心经过中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)评审,成为率先拥有CNAS认可实验室的燕窝专营企业(注册号:CNAS L8129),燕之屋技术中心出具的数据检测结果符合国际认可标准,具有权威性和公信力。2017年,燕之屋通过《BRC(BRC Food Technical Standard)食品安全全球标准》认证,标志着燕之屋取得出口欧洲的品质通行证。2020年,燕之屋又以高品质燕窝通过IFS(International Food Standard)国际食品标准认证,成为中国乃至全球燕窝行业率先获得BRC、IFS双重认证的燕窝品牌。2022年,福建省工信厅对燕之屋燕窝研究院技术实力评定,成功获批“第三十二批省级企业技术中心”称号,代表相关专业机构和专家对燕之屋企业技术实力的肯定。

Founded in 1997, Yan Palace has dedicated 27 years to producing high-quality bird’s nest products. With a spirit of craftsmanship and innovative techniques, Yan Palace has propelled the development and progress of the bird’s nest industry. As of 2024, Yan Palace operates over 750 specialty bird’s nest stores, ranking first in China for the number of exclusive bird’s nest retail outlets (source: Frost & Sullivan (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd. Online, Yan Palace has expanded across platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, Vipshop, and Youzan. As of 31-12-2024, the company operates 39 self-managed online stores and 52 distributor-managed stores across mainstream e-commerce and social media platforms. According to Beijing Zhongyan Century (EMRC), from 2016 to 2024, Yan Palace ranked No.1 in national sales of premium bird’s nest products for nine consecutive years. From 2019 to 2024, Yan Palace ranked first in the CAIQ Bird’s Nest Traceability Importer Rankings for six consecutive years (source: China Bird’s Nest Traceability Management Service Platform). On 09-05-2024, Yan Palace inaugurated its Smart Bird’s Nest Factory, with a building area of 82,410㎡. In 2024, it operated three self-built factories exceeding 90,000㎡ in total area: the Xiamen Smart Factory, Shanghai Songjiang Production Base, and Gansu Guanghe Rural Employment Factory — making Yan Palace the largest packaged bird’s nest manufacturer worldwide (based on total area of global bird’s nest production facilities as of May 2024; research completed on 30-06-2024, Frost & Sullivan).


On 12-12-2023, Yan Palace was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (01497.HK), marking a new chapter for the company. On 12-01-2024, it officially announced Gong Li as the global brand ambassador, co-creating the image of Oriental nourishment and beauty. On 20-05-2024, Wang Yibo was announced as the new global brand ambassador. On 18-03-2025, Yan Palace partnered with Wang Shi to launch the world’s first bird’s nest product for men — President’s Bowl, a premium formulation specially developed by the Yan Palace Research Institute.

Deep Industry Roots, Excellence in Quality

From royal delicacies to everyday health supplements, every innovation Yan Palace has introduced over the past two decades has reshaped the bird’s nest industry. In 2002, it pioneered franchising and specialty stores, creating a fresh-stewed bird’s nest model of “made-to-order, freshly stewed, and promptly delivered,” helping the industry develop independently. In 2011, Yan Palace was recognized as a “Famous Trademark” by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China, acknowledging its craftsmanship and strict quality standards.


In 2012, it launched its premium brand ONE NEST (碗燕), ushering in a new era of ready-to-eat bird’s nest. These bowls are made with natural, eco-friendly, high-quality, and safe ingredients, offering zero fat, zero preservatives, zero thickeners, and zero additives (based on the 158g premium bowl product). Known as “Good Bird’s Nest, Ready to Eat”, it represents modern Oriental nourishment.


In 2014, Yan Palace led the drafting of China's first bird’s nest industry standard — GH/T 1092-2014 Bird’s Nest Quality Grading, a milestone that standardized the previously unregulated industry. In 2018, Yan Palace participated in developing China’s national food safety standard for bird’s nest products. In 2024, it led the drafting of the first bird’s nest product industry standard (QB/T 5916-2023), officially released that year.


In 12-2021, Yan Palace was selected for the Xinhua News Agency Brand Project, highlighting its role as a leader in driving high-quality development in the industry. Yan Palace continues to honor its original mission — “A Bowl of Good Bird’s Nest to Nourish the World” — and serves as a symbol of quality in the bird’s nest industry.


Innovation in Science, Leadership in Research

Innovation is the soul of national progress. Beyond its focus on product quality and industry leadership, Yan Palace has built a powerful R&D platform, appointing top-tier experts such as Academician Zhang Yukui (Chinese Academy of Sciences) and Academician Zhu Bewei (Chinese Academy of Engineering). The R&D team consists of the Bird’s Nest Research Institute, Bird’s Nest Peptide Research Center, and Bird’s Nest Skincare Research Center.


In 09-2022, Yan Palace established a Joint Innovation Lab for Bird’s Nest Nutrition & Health with the Peking University Health Science Center, integrating academic, medical, and industrial resources. The second Bird’s Nest Nutrition & Health Academic Symposium was held in 12-2024 to promote new research findings and academic exchange.


The Bird’s Nest Research Institute spans 5,000㎡, featuring 9 major R&D platforms and functions, including product innovation, ingredient development, processing technology, sensory analysis, nutritional studies, and risk assessment. It houses advanced labs in food functionality, smart manufacturing, genomics, skin testing, and biological modeling (e.g., zebrafish and C. elegans).


As of 10-04-2025, Yan Palace held 196 valid domestic and international patents, including 26 invention patents, 69 utility models, and 101 design patents. It has published 60 academic papers, including 19 SCI-indexed papers, and authored 2 monographs. According to Frost & Sullivan, Yan Palace ranked first globally in total bird’s nest industry patents and invention patents as of 31-12-2023.


In 2015, its technical center earned CNAS accreditation (L8129), granting international recognition for its testing results. In 2017, it passed the BRC Food Safety Global Standard, gaining access to the European market. In 2020, it became the first bird’s nest brand globally to obtain dual BRC and IFS certifications. In 2022, it was named a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center by the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
